I was saved as a ten year old boy at Martin Baptist in New Albany, MS. My parents took us to church every Sunday. We did not get up wondering if we were going to church. We knew we were going.
I married Jodeen (Jody) Nix in 1976. Shortly after that, the Lord called me to preach, and I attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. I graduated in June of 1983. Jody and I have four children and at the present five grandchildren.
In July 2001, I became Pastor of Park City Baptist Church in Merrill, WI. Park City Baptist Church was started October 15, 1989, by Pastor David and Nancy Milleson under the church planting ministry of the Wisconsin Fellowship of Baptist Churches of which the church is still a member.
Park City Baptist Church still holds to the King James Bible for all teaching and preaching and is conservative in our music. We try to carry out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ given in Matthew 28:19-20.
The goal of the Park City is to win the lost and disciples Christians through Biblical preaching and teaching and counseling. Every Christian should be equipped with the Christian armor given in Ephesians 6:10-18.
If you are looking for a church home, we would love to have you come and visit with us, a small church with a big heart.
